What counts as a finish defect
Minor cosmetic imperfections are normal in the aftermarket wheel industry, including small specks or particles beneath the clear coat. Imperfections under 3 mm are generally not visible from a standard viewing distance and are not considered defects. Finish concerns qualify only if the imperfection exceeds 1/2 inch or is a significant, clearly noticeable defect such as a large dimple.
Making a claim
Contact us through our online form or by phone. Our team will determine the best course of action — repair or replacement — and get you back on the road quickly.
Road hazard damage
If a wheel is damaged by a road hazard, we'll offer a discount on a replacement and expedite the build.
Not covered
- Accidents, misuse, road hazards or improper installation
- Track use — these wheels are not intended for the track; track wheels demand specific design and engineering
- Corrosion or harsh weather conditions
- Any wheel that has been repaired or modified (voids the warranty)
Build timeframe
Each set is precision forged to order. From the moment your order is confirmed, our craftsmen begin the meticulous process of building your wheels. Estimated build time is 6–7 weeks.
Shipping
Once your wheels complete production and pass our quality inspection, they're carefully packaged and shipped directly to you from Los Angeles.
Each wheel is individually boxed with foam inserts for maximum protection in transit.
