Installation Instructions

Step 1 – Prepare the Wheel and Aero Lip

  • Confirm all components are present.

  • Ensure the wheel and aero lip surfaces are clean and free of debris.

  • Check that the rubber protector is properly seated between the wheel and aero lip.

Step 2 – Apply Bolt Adhesive

  • Use a maximum-strength threadlocker (red) on each bolt.

  • This prevents bolts from loosening over time.

Step 3 – Install Aero Lip Bolts

  • Align the aero lip with the wheel. Use Valve stem for Guidance.

  • Hand-thread all 10 bolts before tightening.

  • Tighten in a diagonal star pattern to ensure even seating.

  • Hand tools only — no drills or impact guns.

Step 4 – Final Tightening

  • Hand-tighten each bolt diagonally until snug at maximum thread engagement.

  • Do not overtighten. Once the bolt is snug, stop tightening.

  • Verify the aero lip sits flush with no gaps.

  • Re-check all bolts after 50–100 miles of driving.

Maintenance Tips

  • Clean wheels with pH-neutral cleaners only.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the rubber protector.

  • Periodically inspect bolts and rubber protector for wear.
